Houses of KTU series emerged in the late 1990s and early 2000s. These are houses with the enhanced layout.

Additional information: The buildings built according to KTU layout have an irregular shape. This allowed developing various layouts of apartments and provide for storage rooms in the corners of the houses. Bathrooms and restrooms for guests can have a triangular shape.
Windows are available in the face section, often in a corridor or a bathroom. That is the difference between the KT and KTU series.
But there are also some common features with KT series, such as dark rusticated dressing. Foam plastic is used for winterization.
