Series of 1991

Construction of houses with Individual Construction layout started in 1991. You can find them in any district of Kyiv.

These are 1- to 32-storey houses with 1 to 10 apartments per storey with an engineering storey.

The walls were made of different materials, included, but not limited to, the following: brick, panel, lightweight expanded clay aggregate, foamed concrete block and foam-gas concrete block. All houses have armoured concrete floors.

Siding bordering was used for winterization of the outer walls of a house.

Houses featured 1 – 2 or more front access doors (entrance halls).

Individual Construction layout is characterised by dedicated rooms and high ceilings up to 3 meters.

Kitchens are equipped with electric cookers.

Passenger and freight elevators are available for tenants.

Usually, houses are equipped with rubbish chutes with some minor exceptions.

Additional data: Apartments are rather spacious; large area allows installing several restrooms. Real estate developers started building houses with studio kitchens, zoning and large semi-recessed balconies, multi-room apartments and deluxe class residential property. Plastic steel windows are installed. Modern houses are in high demand as the most important thing now is quality, not quantity. Moreover, a free layout and architectural replanning are also possible.
